Face to face at one of the practices of your choice:
Bookings come in 3,6 or 9 to ensure you get the most out of the coaching. Additional sessions are available at a reduced rate.
A consultation is always done prior to booking. This serves as a guarantee that coaching is right for you. This is free of charge and will last 30 mins.
£50 for a 55 mins session.
Phone sessions: For individuals who want to be coached from a distance. (Tip, find a relaxing, quiet place so you can focus on you).

A combination of face to face and phone coaching can be arranged if preferred.
Our coach, Chris Adcock operates nationally. He meets clients either face to face at locations across the midlands and also over the phone for individuals who are located across the country. A mixture of both is possible too.
