To ensure excellent standards of coaching, Now it’s you follow strict ethics to ensure your coaching experience is as positive and enjoyable as possible.

- Always conduct coaching to the highest levels of ethics, integrity, accountability and responsibility.
- Treat all clients and potential clients with absolute dignity, confidentiality and respect as free and equal individuals.
- Make commercial agreements with clients and potential clients that are fair and will respect all parties to such agreements.
- Respect the absolute rights of clients’ confidentiality except as expressly permitted by the client or potential client in writing or as required by law.
- Refrain from offering professional information or advice that you know to be confidential, misleading or where the accuracy is beyond your competence to assess.
- Avoid coaching minors (people who have not yet had their 18th birthday) without the express written consent of parent, guardian or teacher as appropriate.
- Make a copy of this Code freely available to clients if they request it.
Now it’s you coaching agreement
To ensure that your time and money are invested effectively, a coaching agreement is always created prior to starting your sessions. This creates a set of guidelines and expectations for you and the coach to adhere to. It will typically include:
- Booking procedures
- Frequency of sessions
- Client confidentiality
- Changes or cancellations of sessions
- E-mail support during and after your sessions
- Termination of agreement
- Fees
Our coach, Chris Adcock operates nationally. He meets clients either face to face at locations across the midlands and also over the phone for individuals who are located across the country. A mixture of both is possible too.
